The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you via www.weddingbling.com.au.
By using this site, you agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions. Wedding Bling may change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review the Terms and Conditions regularly on our website to ensure you are aware of any such changes.
Should you wish to proceed further after reading these Terms and Conditions, including those outlined in the Customer Service and Privacy Policy sections of this site, you will be prompted to click "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions" before submitting your order.
1. Pricing
Prices are displayed in AUD. Prices may be subject to change without notice if required.
Where applicable, prices also include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
3. Conditions of Sale
All goods must be paid for, by way of Wedding Bling’s accepted payment method, and cleared funds must reach our bank account, prior to dispatch of goods. Title to the goods purchased does not pass to you until payment in clear funds has been received.
Some items may require a small amount of assembly by the purchaser. Wedding Bling takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery or assembly by you.
4. Items Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if goods are faulty. Please contact Customer Service in writing, within two (2) days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization number before returning merchandise. Failure to include return authorisation number on any returns will result in refusal to accept the return, refusal to refund payment monies, and/or refusal to provide a credit note.
Wedding Bling does not guarantee the safe arrival of fragile items including, but not limited to, those made of ceramic, glass or crystal.
Where there are minor defects in an order of multiple items, Wedding Bling does not accept any obligation or liability what so ever to replace those items or refund purchase monies.
5. Payment
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services and or products Wedding Bling provides to you. Wedding Bling welcomes payment by Paypal as outlined in the Customer Service section of this site.
6. Acceptance of Order
Wedding Bling will acknowledge receipt of your order shortly after it is submitted and will also send an e-mail with your invoice outlining your order. Please ensure an accurate e-mail address is supplied. In the event incorrect information is supplied, Wedding Bling accepts no responsibility; it is up to you to ensure all details supplied are correct and true.
In the event you have not received acknowledgement of an order, or orders, it is up to you to contact Wedding Bling in writing, via email to info@weddingbling.com.au, to follow up details pertaining to the order.
7. Warranties
Wedding Bling gives no warranties other than those imposed by Consumer Protection Legislation. In regard to the products purchased, all and any warranties given, are given by the manufacturers themselves, and not by Wedding Bling. The services and products are provided on an as is and as available basis.
10. Supply
Wedding Bling reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
11. Descriptions
At the time of publication all product descriptions are accurate, errors and omissions excepted. All measurements and weights are approximates.

All credit card information is automatically deleted from our system once your order is shipped. For Photographic and promotional purposes, we may have used props in photographs. Unless an item is listed, it is not included in the purchase of your goods.

Wedding Bling may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier and postal services to assist with the fulfilment of your order. We guarantee that we will not sell any personal information collected from you.

Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Your information will be used to process orders only.
